Master Study in Target

Hello guys..., I do hope if anyone can help me to understand the Public Policy Study? I am very interested and plan to continue my education to Master Degree (S2) with that program. So far, I haven’t understood well about that program. I am interested just because of the nomenclature used that frame my understanding, whether right or wrong. In my opinion, public policy is simply defined as a major that focuses on the analysis and design of policies related to community development. Currently, I try to glance at Public Policy Program at various universities in various countries with different admission requirements. I greatly appreciate if you willing to share or can give me advice related to my study plan, especially for those who already have a background in that field. Here are the universities that I mean.
